Craig Yates       4-3-2-6-8-ns-ns+ns           49

Marc Solal     ns-ns-ns-ns-3-3-nf+2-1-1   50

Claire Epaillard  5-6-5-5-7-ns-ns+ns         54

Daniel Rusin   nf-7-6-7-6-5-ns+ns              56

Daniel was sailing the 4.7 and his first time out with us.  He was ahead of a few people and didn’t take any 8’s.  Good work, Daniel.

Claire was our first woman and sailing the radial.  She is usually one of our better sailors.

Marc is back from business in Europe.  Sunday was his weather and sorry that we had a lousy course that day and that Sam and Vince dropped out and left him sailing alone.  He helped with some of the Saturday work and missed some races then.

Craig was sailing in the top of the fleet.  I think the 8 in the 5th race was due to a capsize and he went in to help get the boats put way by noon.

Bailey and Max did a great job with the 420 and even won the second race on corrected time.

Vince is sailing better every week, but he and Sam need to get smaller sails on when the wind is up.

Sam had some good races and Vince beat him in the last race on Saturday.

Chris Nagy showed us how to do it.  He won the weekend without even coming on Sunday.  Good work Chris.

Laser finishes for 8-3 and 8-4, 2013

Dave Chapin   2-2-1-1-1+1-1-2-1-2-1     15

Rob Krentel     1-1-2-2-2+2-4-3-2-1-2     22

Sam Chapin     3-3-3-3-4+3-6-5-4-ns-ns  48

Craig Yates                    ns+5-5-1-5-4-5    50

Jerry Beck                     ns+ns-3-4-3-6-3   51

Patrick Daniel                ns+6-2-6-7-3-4    53

Vince Renzoni  4-4-4-4-3+4-7-7-6-5-6     54

Vince had a better day on Sunday with people behind him in most of the races.

Patrick had some bad races for him on Sunday but had a second and third--- not bad.  We had a lot of folks going into the weather mark together and grouped going downwind. That makes the sailing a little different.

Jerry Beck was right with the leaders most of the time.

Craig Yates is our “youth coach” and he showed everyone how to do it in the third race.

Sam managed third place by sailing both days.

Rob was just one point behind David on Saturday but caught behind on Sunday --- still way ahead of the rest of the pack.

David Chapin still continues to sail fast and hit the shifts.  Makes him hard to beat == but he didn’t win all the races.
